Scope of these terms
These terms apply to visiting and using the website and sending enquiries to Vietek Solutions. Use the website in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
Website terms do not replace a service contract. Signed contracts and agreements take precedence for specific projects; mandatory legal rights remain protected.
Enquiries and service delivery
- Website content describes our capabilities and potential solutions; it does not itself constitute a quotation or commitment to deliver a project.
- Scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing before implementation.
- Requirement changes, post-delivery support, maintenance and cooperation responsibilities are defined for each project.
Submitting a form does not by itself create a service contract or payment obligation.
Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information and submit only content you are authorised to provide.
- Do not use the website for unlawful content, spam, malware or infringement of others’ rights.
- Do not access systems without authorisation, disrupt operations or collect data in violation of law or relevant rights.
We may restrict requests or access showing signs of abuse to protect our systems and users.
Intellectual property
Website content, design, branding and documents belong to Vietek Solutions or are used with permission. You may view and download provided materials to learn about and evaluate our services; reuse of branding or commercial distribution of content requires appropriate rights.
Ownership and usage rights for source code, designs, data and deliverables are defined in the project contract. Open-source components and third-party assets remain subject to their respective licences.
Confidentiality and project data
Do not send passwords, access keys or confidential documents through the contact form. Before sharing sensitive project information, the parties should agree on an appropriate channel and confidentiality arrangements.
Confidentiality, processing roles, access, retention and data handover are addressed in relevant contracts or agreements. Website contact data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Privacy PolicyWebsite information and third parties
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but content may change and the website may be interrupted by maintenance or incidents. Website descriptions do not replace advice for a project’s specific circumstances.
Third-party links and tools are subject to the provider’s own terms and policies. Linking to an external website does not guarantee all of its content or activities.
Responsibility and disputes
Responsibility arising from website use is determined by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Liability, warranties and limitations for paid services are defined in the relevant contract.
Please contact us first so we can work together to resolve concerns. Unless otherwise lawfully agreed, Vietnamese law applies and unresolved disputes are handled by the competent authority under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and publish the update date on this page. Changes do not automatically amend signed project contracts. Please review the terms when continuing to use the website.
