Please do not send sensitive data or other people’s personal data without authority to provide it. We do not actively request this information in our contact form.

Providers may process data in countries outside Vietnam. Use of providers and international transfers must meet applicable data protection requirements. We do not sell information provided through our contact form.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to handle enquiries, maintain correspondence, perform contracts and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose, data type and relevant obligations; information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised under the applicable process.
